7DRL 2021 Game Jam Final
Update 28. March 2021:
I spend the last week adding several features that should have been in the original jam game. This include improvements to the input and effect system as well as some bug fixes, a rudimentary UI, better handling of sounds effects, a Fog Of War system and items.
Original Submission
My entry for the 7DRL 2021 game jam and the first project have ever released ;)
Unfortunately, it is incomplete and missing many features that I would have wanted. On the one hand, my lack of experience and scope management became quiet obvious and on the other hand I needed to waste a lot of time fighting Unity, especially in the end when I was trying to build the project.
On to the game itself: Try to escape the robots by making your way through 5 dungeon levels. The robots are relentless and will respawn over and over again. Blast your way through them and reach the exit!
All things considered, participating in the game jam was great fun. See you next time!
